pet owners, breeders, suppliers and providers to connect
with those seeking pets and/or pet related goods and services.
By using this site, the user agrees to the following terms
related to this site. FindaPetOnline.com respects your

All users should be aware that the Web is an evolving
medium. Terms may be changed by FindaPetOnline.com management
at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use
this Web site and following our posting of such changes,
you agree to be bound by this agreement, as modified.

Buying and Selling
Pets or Pet Related Goods and/or Services
FindaPetOnline.com is a classified ad service that brings
together buyers and sellers of pets or pet related goods
and/or services. Information about particular pets or
pet related goods and/or services is supplied by the seller
and not by FindaPetOnline.com. The price and other terms
of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation between
the buyer and the seller. The prices listed by sellers
on FindaPetOnline.com often exclude sales tax and/or shipping.
It is our desire that all who come to FindaPetOnline.com
will act honorably and treat each other fairly. However,
we cannot verify the information sellers provide regarding
pets or pet related goods and/or services they offer.
We are also not able to assure sellers receive valid payment.
When using this Web site to sell or buy your pets or pet
related goods and/or services, we urge you to use the
same common sense, caution and sound judgment you would
use when pursing a classified ad in the newspaper.
Once you advertise a pet or pet related good and/or service through FindaPetOnline.com, you must be prepared to sell that pet or pet related good and/or service at the price and the terms you have listed. To list an item for sale on FindaPetOnline.com, we require the seller to provide certain identifying contact information. The information must accurately identify the seller and the method of contact must permit buyers to communicate directly with the seller. Those placing ads on FindaPetOnline.com may not use our Web site to promote, without our prior written permission, any other Web site, product or service. Ads are available to sellers who want to list their pets or pet related goods and/or services. FindaPetOnline.com reserves the right to deny use of this Web site to anyone who does not comply with these requirements or who otherwise uses our Web site(s) in a manner we consider inappropriate.
The content in a advertisement is the responsibility of each seller. You alone are responsible for the material you post. Inaccurate statements or misleading representations about the pets or pet related goods and/or services will undermine a user's confidence in the pets or pet related goods and/or services you're selling. Any loss of user confidence in you is likely to be accompanied by a loss of confidence in this site. It’s our strong desire that the information you supply is accurate and that, in all respects, you treat FindaPetOnline.com users fairly and honorably.
If FindaPetOnline.com becomes aware of a seller engaging in any unfair or deceptive practices, FindaPetOnline.com reserves the right to deny that seller use of the ad service.
Although FindaPetOnline.com cannot monitor
all the ads posted to our Web site, we reserve the right
(but assume no obligation) to delete, move or edit any
ads or other postings that we consider unacceptable or
inappropriate. By using FindaPetOnline.com you agree not
to post or transmit any inaccurate, unlawful, harmful,
threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory,
vulgar, obscene, libelous and invasive to anyone’s
privacy, hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise
objectionable, defamatory, threatening, misleading or
illegal material, or any other material that infringes
on the rights of others or interferes with the ability
of others to enjoy FindaPetOnline.com. We retain the right
to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated these
terms or any other term of our policies.
Fees
By submitting an ad through FindaPetOnline.com, you agree
to pay the fees specified for the ad package you select,
regardless of whether your pets or pet related goods and/or
services sell as a result of the ad. Exercise diligence
in selecting your ad package and inputting your ad information;
ad fees are not refundable, even if you provide erroneous
information or fail to sell your pets or pet related goods
and/or services.
For individuals placing pet ads, with up to four images, the fees are either $9.75 or $22.75 for a period up to one month. Individuals will be contacted shortly prior to their ad running its course for an option to renew. For Breeders, Veterinarians, Suppliers, Groomers, Trainers and Pet Boarders the annual fee for an ad with up to 4 images and a link to your Web site runs between $49 and $89 for a period of up to one year based on the options you choose. Breeder, Veterinarian, Supplier, Groomer, Trainer and Pet Boarding ads will be set to renew automatically a year after your ad is placed. Those placing ads on an annual basis will receive an email prior to your ad renewal. If you choose to “opt out” at any time during the running of your ad, your ad will not be renewed.
FindaPetOnline.com reserves the right to
change its fee structure at any time. Any change in rates
will not impact individuals or entities that have existing
ads but will go into effect at time of renewal. An individual
or entity may cancel their ad at any time by accessing
their personal page and changing their cancellation options.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to
automatic renewal to be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for the services provided on
this site. Individuals and entities will be bound by their
acknowledgement of this agreement.
Links to Other Sites
FindaPetOnline.com will make available a
variety of links to other Web sites (including links from
those placing ads on this site) that we do not operate,
where you may find related products and services. Although
we encourage you to consult such Web sites, we cannot
and DO NOT guarantee the products or services provided
by these sellers. FindaPetOnline.com is not responsible
for the products or services these sellers provide. You
release FindaPetOnline.com and its affiliates from any
damages that you may incur, and agree not to assert any
claims against them, arising from your purchase or use
of third-party supplied products and services.
Ownership Conditions
FindaPetOnline.com is made available for
your personal use only. The contents of this site are
the property of FindaPetOnline.com. You may not distribute,
transmit, display, reproduce, modify, create works from
or utilize in any way, shape or form any of the materials
on this site. The only exception is that you may display
and occasionally print a single copy of any advertisement
for your personal, non-commercial use, but you may not
otherwise reproduce any material appearing on this site

defamatory, illegal, vulgar, obscene, racist, inflammatory,
contain personal identifying information, suggest support
from FindaPetOnline.com or Find Classifieds Online Inc.
their officers or employees, left by members who signed
up with information that could not be verified, or left
by members who have been refused service on the site,
shall be removed. Any individual/entity that illegally
abuses the forum will be prosecuted to the full extent
of the law.
Miscellaneous

are free to share their email addresses with those advertising
on our site. By placing an ad on this site you agree to
use the email addresses of those responding to your ad
only for purposes of communicating with them about the
